I like the way it looks to start with. It appears to have the things needed to help track my stuff. However, when adding the many meds I take, it kicks me out after each one, and, at random times while using the other sections. I'm unable to even get set up and running with it due to it constantly closing down. Not much help the way it is at the moment.

Thank you for using the TLWC app and for taking the time to share this feedback with us. Our technical team couldn’t reproduce the issue, but we’re working to improve the overall app experience. We’re also preparing the next app release to help prevent such issues. Please stay tuned for the upcoming update.

Seriously, I'd give it 0 stars. Just downloaded the app, went through the tutorial, and none of the buttons do anything. Tried to add to my circle, kept hitting the prompt and nothing happened. Same with resources, the calendar, tracking my mood/pain/etc, sending requests... nothing works! Pointless. When you're going through chemo/cancer treatment, and your solicited an app that's supposed to "help," it's very discouraging when the app does nothing it's supposed to do.

While the app is a good idea for getting information about individuals dealing with health issues, it doesn't work very well. I often get notifications on my phone about new postings but when go to the app they do not come up. I have to try to manipulate the app several times to get the latest post. Also once a request has been posted & responded to you can't offer your help. If a person asks for prayer more than one person should be able to respond. App should be more advanced

We are sorry that you are having trouble. Clicking on the notification should refresh the app and you will see the new posting. Sometimes you may need to switch screen within the app to refresh. Requests are not able to be edited after a request is accepted. This is to preserve data that added/changed details are not missed by the accepting user.
